Step into the role of **Customer Experience Manager (CXM)** and take charge of our **New Cars and Used Cars** division. In this dynamic position, you will assist in managing our Customer Experience Team, ensuring an outstanding sales journey for retail customers. You will work closely with the Retail Centre Manager to drive success, including finance and insurance (F&I) targets, while motivating and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional, flexible customer journey. Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Lead and mentor the Customer Experience Team, ensuring performance expectations are met. - Provide comprehensive product knowledge and manage customer interactions, ensuring a "Customer First" experience. - Support the sales process, including contracts, finance, insurance products, and handling customer enquiries. - Resolve escalations, complaints, and manage customer details in Salesforce and DMS. - Assist with onboarding and training new team members, contributing to a positive workplace culture **Why join us?** Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
