**About the role**

In this dynamic role, you'll support the Retail Centre Manager by leading, mentoring, and guiding the team to meet performance goals, ensuring seamless customer interactions and a flexible sales process.

**You will**:

- Lead, mentor and inspire the Customer Experience Team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage sales processes, including finance and insurance (F&I).
- Resolve escalations and manage customer data in Salesforce and DMS.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

**You will have**:

- Proven experience in customer-facing sales and team leadership.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Automotive industry and F&I experience (desirable).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable) and a valid driver’s license.
