Based in Sydney or Melbourne, we have a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join us in delivering our growth strategy while optimising and developing plans for customers, as well as its software, tools and capabilities.

A typical day may look like:

- Manage weekly/fortnightly WIPs for assigned customer accounts ensuring that all work is logged, quoted and scoped to meet expected delivery timeframes
- Provide key support to our Clients, other Realbase Account Managers when needed & the Support Team to ensure the company delivers excellent Client Service.
- Help migrate clients from Campaigntrack to Realhub and ensure they have the correct products, templates and services available to them within the Realhub Platform.
- Ensure each client’s system is configured correctly and the relevant people understand the customer’s needs.
- Deliver system training to new & existing customers and work side by side with Support & Sales to provide a high level of service to the client.
- Identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities through health checks with customers using our Platforms

- Proven account management skills with a focus on solution selling
- Ability to think analytically and strong attention to detail
- Loves to collaborate and operate as part of a team
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Tech savvy and can work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms
- Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Loves to work in an agile environment and is customer focused
- Real estate knowledge and experience are highly desirable skills
- A valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
