- **Duties**

As a Product Manager for Category and Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Golf product line. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our product category offerings, optimize sales performance, range reviews, product selection to suit the Australia markets in all regions.
- Category Management:

- Define and execute the product category strategy, aligning it with the overall company objectives and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing, to develop and launch innovative products that meet customer expectations.
- Sales Optimization:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability within each region.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product assortment and pricing strategies to ensure profitable market share.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, develop sales forecasts, and monitor progress towards achieving goals.
- Provide sales training and support to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote and sell sports products.
- Customer Experience:

- Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding customer needs, preferences, and pain points related to sports products.
- Continuously gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in Merchandising and Ranging.
- Ability to forecast sales and build KPIs
- Strong knowledge and passion for sports, golf would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.
