**The role**:
Cater Care Retail operate Franchise brands at Brisbane Airport. We are currently looking for Sushi Production Specialist to work at our Sushi Sushi outlets

At Sushi Sushi, we take immense pride in delivering the finest and freshest sushi to our valued
customers. Our commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional taste has positioned us as a
culinary leader. As a Sushi Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our
reputation for excellence.

**Hours**: This role requires flexibility** **involving both early starts and night closes depending on roster.

**What this role involves**:

- Providing fast and friendly service
- Prepare hand rolls and sushi packs
- Operating a POS or register system and handling cash
- Adhering to food hygiene and safety practices
- Assisting the broader team as required
- Experience in customer service and/or food preparation (especially sushi)
- Food Safety Supervisor or FWHP (can be renewed on the job) are desirable
