Provide HR Generalist support to a diverse client group
- 10 week contract (with break over Xmas) - open to part-time
- Salary circa $134,000 Package (hourly rate)

**About the Role**
In this contract role, located in Richmond, you will deliver operational HR support to a dedicated client group, working closely with stakeholders whilst supporting the overall business strategy. You will responsible for providing day-to-day HR support across the business including, Hospital Leaders, Department Managers, and clinical and support services teams.
You will make an impact by:

- Coaching, supporting and strengthening the capabilities of people leaders in managing and engaging with their multidisciplinary workforces
- Delivering best practice, contemporary and professional HR guidance, care and support
- Delivering on key functional objectives (IR / ER, OHS) whilst simultaneously supporting strategic programs and outcomes
- Interpreting multiple IR instruments to lead proactive conversations with managers and stakeholders including Unions
- 10 week Contract with shut down period over Xmas.

**About You**
You are an experienced HR practitioner, with strength in employee and industrial relations, and demonstrated ability to coach and lead client groups. You are great at building collaborative relationships, an excellent problem solver with good commercial acumen. You will have a can-do attitude, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach. Resilience and ability to work at pace will be key to your success.
You will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a People & Culture Business Partner role
- Generalist HR background and experience gained working in a complex organisation
- Proven track record in facilitating change
- High level of experience in industrial and employee relations including working with multiple IR / ER instruments
