**The Role**:

- _Lead and Support Drivers_: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of drivers to ensure optimal performance and high morale.
- _Collaborate Across Teams_**: Work closely with operations, customer service, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
- _Problem Solving:_ Address on-the-road issues as they arise, ensuring timely solutions that minimize disruption.
- _Compliance and Safety:_ Support the team to ensure we all adhere to legal regulations and safety standards.
- _Customer Support: _Communicating with internal and external customers to build relationships and ensure clarity around pick up or delivery requirements.
- _Hours: _Rotating roster 1-month swings 6am - 2pm & 11:30am - 7:30pm

**Qualifications**

**What You Bring**:

- A minimum of 1-year previous experience as a Fleet Controller or a similar role within the transport industry
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
