The primary function of the role is to head up all functions enquiries, packages and bookings across 6 venues. Working within a fun team but also quite independently to establish and maintain a client list as well as seeking new business opportunities whilst servicing all enquiries to the venues/group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming booking requests and pursue additional bookings and functions
- Head up all communications around function enquiries, responding to all incoming queries in a timely fashion
- Vetting of booking requests
- Inputting guestlists
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction which results in a successful running of their booking
- Effectively handover detailed function information to night managers. Updating all staff on any event related changes that may affect the booking.
- Liaising with the Venue Managers regarding client requests and function packages.
- Responsible for all new function bookings, tours of the venues, and relay all relevant function information to clients
- Internal invoicing of all functions, working closely with finance department to ensure that all functions / events are invoiced correctly and efficiently.
- Manage general day to day running of the office and provide administration support
- Handle customer complaints with a professional and diplomatic manner and pass on relevant complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer service, manage the bookings phones convert enquiries to sales, and ensure a prompt response to customer requests.
- Continuously develop the bookings procedure

**Requirements**:

- Previously experience in hospitality events coordination
- Strong administration skills including exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, meeting priorities and ensuring a high level of attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office and G Suite proficiency
- Polite phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
