Moss & Co have partnered with a boutique, IP law firm located in Prahran. The firm look after some of the best creatives, entertainers, personalities, lifestyle companies, media platforms, publishers, fashion brands and products across the globe with large ties to Europe, the UK, US & Asia. Their clients choose them due to their bespoke commercial approach.

We're recruiting for a Personal Assistant/EA opportunity supporting the firm with automating systems, workflow management and general administration.

The firm advise on all aspects of trademark law including in relation to trademark clearances, infringements and related issues, licensing, domain names, advertisements, and anti-counterfeiting for several local, regional, and international businesses. They offer a friendly, down-to-earth, and supportive team environment, with scope to grow & develop into an Office Manager and/or Operations Support.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Administrative Support, including preparing & formatting documents, CRM management, opening and updating files (knowledge of Equinox is an advantage) and updating file matters;
- Liaising with clients & drafting basic correspondence;
- Diary management, booking meetings and assisting with travel arrangements;
- Assisting the Lawyers with PA/EA duties, staying on top of upcoming dates & being one step ahead with relation to matters;
- Answering incoming calls for the team;
- Assisting with billing & reporting;
- Working with the team to roll out firm wide changes and processes;
- Other ad hoc general administrative duties and support as required

Your prior experience in Trademark/IP Law will have provided you with the foundations to succeed in this role. You will ideally have experience using Equinox and other IP software. Whilst the firm are boutique in size, they work with a calibre of clients, that are usually associated with larger organisations.

The role will suit someone highly organised with a proactive ownership attitude - everyone chips in where required. You will have lots of development opportunity, collaboration, and team growth.
