**About The Role**
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the smooth running and effectiveness of the sales function.
Broadly speaking, your duties will include:
- Attending sales meetings with the CEO and other members of the sales team in order to take minutes and follow up on agreed next steps.
- Format and proofread sales proposals.
- Book sales meetings with current and prospective clients and the CEO.
- Following up on sales outreach activities on behalf of the sales team.
- Maintenance of the sales CRM (Pipedrive) and prospect/lead lists.
- Liaising with clients and prospective clients on behalf of the business.
**About You**
The key skills and behaviors that make a truly great Sales Coordinator, and what we are looking for are:
- Prior experience within a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a range of clients and stakeholders.
- High levels of attention to detail and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, well organised, ability to work autonomously and manage and plan own work, as well as work within a team.
