As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our team, leveraging this extensive network to connect exceptional talent with leading financial services companies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry. You'll collaborate with a highly supportive team to deliver strategic solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Nurture and expand existing client relationships.
- Provide strategic advice on attracting top talent and building effective teams.
- Take charge of advertising, interviewing, matching, placing, and providing after-placement care.
- Collaborate closely with our team to deliver end-to-end recruitment services.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the banking and finance market.

**What You Bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent employment experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the recruitment industry or finance sector.
- Knowledge of the financial services environment is advantageous.
- A consultative approach to business development and client retention.
- Commercial acumen to make decisions that drive your business forward.
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
