**Our Client**:
Our client are one of Australia’s largest and most established home builders and have been operating for over 70 years. Their commitment to excellence has resulted in them wining more awards than any other builder in Australia, this includes multiple awards in the last year and almost 100 since they began.

As well as established site supervisors, our client are open to giving an opportunity to a carpenter who is looking for their first opportunity as a Site Supervisor. They have all the training and development programs in place to give you the best chance of success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Willingness to shadow and learn from experienced Site Supervisors to gain a deeper understanding of the company's construction processes and procedures
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to take ownership of your own portfolio of homes to site manage after completion of the shadowing period
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitoring progress of construction projects and reporting on project status
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is carried out to the required standard and on schedule
- Resolving issues that arise on site and escalating to the Site Manager when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Carpentry certificate (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required
- Valid driver's license
- Must have full unrestricted working rights for Australia
