**About Us**:
Our client is a dynamic and thriving company committed to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and help us maintain their high standards of performance and safety.

**Position Overview**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our sites to ensure exceptional performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines. Reporting to the Operational Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks, including coordinating transport, managing reports, overseeing bookings and staff, and maintaining all on-site equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining business assets to the highest standard will be key to your success in this role.

**Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities**:

- Understand and uphold the company's vision regarding HSE standards, behaviors, and performance.
- Embrace and actively participate in the company's safety culture, supporting continuous HSE improvement.
- Ensure compliance with duty of care obligations, maintaining a safe workplace at all times.
- Participate in relevant training to acquire the necessary skills and experience to perform your role safely and competently.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures consistently.
- Report all hazards, near misses, and incidents to your immediate Manager/Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee production operations at the site.
- Coordinate and manage on-site operators and drivers.
- Maintain effective communication with office staff to coordinate reports, bookings, and transport logistics.
- Ensure site cleanliness and organization, optimizing storage space efficiently.
- Manage and maintain all on-site equipment, scheduling servicing and maintenance as needed.
- Work towards and meet targets set by the management team.
- Operate and coordinate all activities in a safe and responsible manner.
- Collaborate with management to identify growth and efficiency opportunities on-site.

**Key Activities**:

- Efficiently manage workflow on-site.
- Train and develop new staff members.
- Create and manage team schedules.
- Provide regular reports to Senior Management.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and disputes as needed.

**License Requirements as per WorkSafe**:

- High Risk Work License.
- Front End Loader License.
