**Site Supervisor**:
**About the company**:
Our client is an organisation that specialises in home design and construction and offers a comprehensive service that includes architecture, interior design, cost planning, permit procurement, building documentation and construction. Company’s philosophy is built on long-term relationships and the success of partners and their projects.

**About the role**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be in charge of overseeing all activities on the job site to make sure the project is delivered on schedule and in accordance with their high standards for safety and quality.

With hands-on approach, a strong trade background and have credibility gained from successfully completing building projects. Builds great relationship with sub-contractors and the wider team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and controlling all site health and safety policies and procedures.
- Supervising all site sub-contractors and deliveries.
- Advising construction manager of any needs or discrepancies that may occur during construction.
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis.
- Adhering to monthly targets and work within contracted budgets and durations.
- Site schedules and coordination of all site activities.
- Inspecting each phase of work to determine if quality standards and all relevant building codes are met and trades have completed all tasks on schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- A broad understanding of various residential construction methods.
- Proven site experience on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies and procedures.
- Willingness to adopt current systems and actively participate in the continual growth of the business.
- Excellent organisational and management skills.
- A driven team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work unsupervised
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
