Leads and manages the business cutover plans for data migration during the course of cutover from Legacy to the new system.

Define, develop and implement cutover plans for the migration, clearly call out risks and dependencies.

Contribute to the development of the technical cutover schedules and plans to ensure they align to business cutover plans and meet business objectives

Collaborate and drive teams to solove technical problems to drive business outcomes

Maintain knowledge and awareness of relevant issues, insights, practices and opportunities to identify and make recommendations for imporvement

Provide technical leadership to developer team members on projects to support and facilitate agile project delivery and ensure timely service delivery and cost effectiveness

Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and project deliverables are met

Lead and connect all parties involved in the cutover activities including project managers and project team/s, to ensure the creation of integrated solutions and plans meet guidelines and priorities

Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on issues with recommendations recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project priorities
