Our client is looking for a Release Manager for an initial 6 month contract.

Working with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes through development, test, and production environments including:

- Forward plan the release windows and cycles across program and coordinate deployments.
- Work collaboratively with all participants in software development.
- Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Conduct Release Readiness reviews.
- Develop cutover plans, manage the release checklist process, and maintain appropriate records to support auditing.
- Communicate release details and schedules to the business as required.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- 3-5 years demonstrated successful experience as Release Manager or equivalent role
- Experience in developing and implementing an IT release management process.
- Certification or formal training in project management/Scrum master
- Strong stakeholder management skills
