**Cloud Technical Lead** to join our growing Cloud Practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate discovery and technical workshops
- Infrastructure Architecture design support (alignment to cloud capabilities)
- Cloud Detailed Build Document Support
- Cost analysis across cloud platforms
- Technical translation of requirements to infrastructure provisioning teams
- Technical planning / cutover / testing support
- Validation of technical documentation such as FW rules and runbooks
- Root Cause analysis and issue coordination to resolution

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience within an Infrastructure technical role with a focus on Azure Cloud
- Strong technical skills in:

- VMWare
- Windows Server / RHEL
- Active Directory
- Firewall Rule / Load Balancing Configuration
- Site Recovery Manager (SRM) / ASR or other DR Replication technologies
- Private Cloud / GCP / Azure Capabilities
- Private Cloud / GCP / Azure Commercial Pricing
- Database (SQL / Oracle)
- Data / Database Migration Methods
- Service Now
- Cisco Tetration (desirable)
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Must have detailed approach to data accuracy and reconciliation
- A high level of attention to detail is key due to the importance in accuracy for a number of tasks in this role
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies, tools and principles.
- Experience in managing business customer relationships particularly in retail stores environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, influence, and track delivery of conflicting tasks and activities.
