- Join us at a pivotal moment in our journey as General Manager, Financial Reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to lead financial governance and reporting in a dynamic, evolving environment.-
- You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance while steering the business through a major divestment process.-
- Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll be the driving force behind financial integrity and strategic insight. This is more than a reporting role—it’s about shaping the future, leading change, and building a high-performing team that thrives on excellence.-
- Key responsibilities will include:Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the business.
- Provide expert financial support during divestment activities, ensuring due diligence and strategic alignment.
- Implement robust governance and risk management frameworks to safeguard compliance.
- Engage with auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders to communicate financial results and compliance matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.

About You**-
- You’re a seasoned financial leader who thrives in complexity and change. With a strategic mindset and a passion for excellence, you know how to balance compliance with innovation. You’re confident in navigating high-stakes environments and influencing at the highest levels.-
- Your ability to lead, inspire, and deliver results sets you apart. You’re ready to take ownership of financial reporting during a transformative period and make a lasting impact on the business.-
- In addition, you will have:CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) with 10+ years in financial reporting or corporate accounting.
- Deep expertise in regulatory reporting and compliance.
- Proven experience managing financial reporting during M&A or divestment processes.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, with a focus on process improvement.
