Farro Food Services is moving house
We are excited to be moving to a new and bigger warehouse in Dandenong South and as a result new opportunities have opened up. We are seeking a new Admin Officer to support the day to day operations of Farro Food Services.
**About Us,**
Farro Food Services is a multi-faceted supplier to the various business which exist under the wider Farro brand.
We have 4 (soon to be 5) restaurants in Melbourne, as well as a growing wholesale company supplying our organic, ancient grain spelt products to health food stores across Victoria.
Farro is so much more than just a food producer however. We believe in the promotion of conscious eating. We are all about quality, nutritious food; it’s an experience - whether you are enjoying our food in our restaurants or from the comfort of your own space, our dream is that when you eat the food that we produce, you are benefiting yourself throughout.
We are seeking a new admin officer to support our growth. You are an organised, timely people person with exemplary written and spoken communication skills. You are computer literate with an eye for the details in all things. We are looking for someone proud of their work, ambitious in their goals, who is eager to join an evolving brand.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Guest/ Client services
- Order processing
- Booking potential customers in with our sales team
- Managing and organising records and files
- Other duties as required
**About you**
- Professional personal manner and phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated administrative experience and organisational skills including the ability to manage multiple task
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of other software is desirable but not necessary
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
