**About the role at Eucalyptus**

The primary responsibility of the **Patient Engagement Specialist** is to drive health and business outcomes by re-engaging patients who have fallen out of the patient journey, are likely to cancel their subscription, have an opportunity to deepen their relationship with us or have left their subscription some time ago.

Healthcare is one of the last industries to experience a digital revolution, and to help earn the right to treat their condition digitally, a human touch can accelerate a relationship of trust. These interactions add depth to the patient experience and enable higher touch healthcare.

You will work alongside our growth marketing team, doctors, nurses, pharmacies and inbound patient support team to ensure each patients unique needs are met.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
