What you'll be doing:
  • Helping members viaemail, chat & phonewith friendly, accurate support
  • Handlingsuperqueries: contributions, rollovers, insurance, account changes & compliance
  • Supporting customers across Super & US Investingproducts
  • Managing feedback & complaints with care, closing the loop on issues
  • Logging insights and partnering with Product, Risk & Compliance to improve the experience
  • Meeting quality, accuracy and response-timeKPIs
What we're looking for:
  • 2+ yearsinsuperannuation customer supportor super fund operations
  • 2–3 years totalin B2C support/customer success (or similar)
  • CRM & live chat proficiency; strong written & verbal communication
  • Solid understanding ofsuper regulations& member processes
  • Nice to have:RG146, life insurance & investments exposure
  • Empathy, initiative, attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
  • Full Australian work rights
