- Handlingsuperqueries: contributions, rollovers, insurance, account changes & compliance
- Supporting customers across Super & US Investingproducts
- Managing feedback & complaints with care, closing the loop on issues
- Logging insights and partnering with Product, Risk & Compliance to improve the experience
- Meeting quality, accuracy and response-timeKPIs
- 2+ yearsinsuperannuation customer supportor super fund operations
- 2–3 years totalin B2C support/customer success (or similar)
- CRM & live chat proficiency; strong written & verbal communication
- Solid understanding ofsuper regulations& member processes
- Nice to have:RG146, life insurance & investments exposure
- Empathy, initiative, attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- Full Australian work rights
