Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Specialist located in the Southern Sydney Area. The Customer Support Specialist will manage daily customer interactions, enter sales order, invoicing and general office support.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Technical support and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with order processing and record maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, MYOB an advantage
  • Will consider entry level with 1-2 years experience based on skill.
