**Job Overview**:
Additional responsibilities could include completing the QA checks before production, operating the heat press machine in our printing department and folding and completing a final QC check before packing the order. This can be discussed further in the job interview.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Programming**: Utilise embroidery machine software to program and set up machines for various designs and patterns according to customer specifications.
- **Garment Framing**: Accurately frame each garment on the embroidery machine, ensuring precise alignment and placement for optimal results.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet RWW Group's high standards.
- **Adherence to Procedures**: Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency in production processes.
- **Maintaining Equipment**: Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage work schedules to meet production deadlines and customer delivery expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Just a great attitude to succeed and an eye for detail
- No previous experience is needed All training is provided.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lifting and moving of materials and garments as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
