**Polyaire Pty Ltd** is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are located in South Australia, with 25 branches across Australia.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of **Admin Assistant** based in **Hendra, QLD**. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries.
- Follow up on customer quotes.
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
- You’ll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge.
