**Polyaire Pty Ltd** is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are located in South Australia, with 25 branches across Australia.

We are seeking for passionate and motivated team member to join us in **Counter Sales & Branch Administration** based in **Hendra, QLD**. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Processing of administrative documentation.
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries.
- Process domestic courier requests.
- Assist with trade counter data entry as directed.
- Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested.
