Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Business Partner role is responsible for managing ongoing services, some examples include underway projects, cleaning, security and traffic management. You will be responsible for leading all end-to-end sourcing and contract management activities and delivering outstanding business partnering to stakeholders across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming Procurement professional seeking the next step in their career from a support role to one where you will have full accountability for managing tender processes, providing probity advice and contract drafting.

**The Role**
- End-to-end strategic sourcing process
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Demonstrate experience in providing advice on tendering administration and legislation and strategic procurement
- Contract Management
- negotiation and implementation
- Supplier Engagement
- Reviewing and implementing business procedures

**About You**

If you have substantial experience in end-to-end sourcing and contract drafting skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with being action-orientated and able to work autonomously. Having previous experience in the local government sector would be highly desirable.
