**About the Opportunity**

As Procurement Business Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for the RACV Leisure Division, providing hospitality, food & beverage procurement category specific expertise. In this structure, you will be accountable for leading and delivering procurement activities of high value, high complexity and high risk while ensuring business benefits and strong commercial outcomes are achieved. Additionally, you will support the business with procurement activities undertaken by the business of lower value, risk or complexity.

The Procurement team at RACV have developed a strong reputation in the business for achieving excellent results. We strive to improve our ways of working to ensure we work efficiently and value people's ideas and experience that drive a continuous improvement culture.

RACV have recently invested in a market-leading Source to Contract solution.

You will be responsible for;
- Using RACV Procurement’s Framework, leading, delivering and maintaining commercial value and innovation through a mix of sourcing, supplier performance, supplier and supply chain risk, contract and supply/supplier planning activities.
- Ensuring procurement benefits are captured and reported throughout the contract lifecycle
- Acting as a leader within the Procurement team by providing guidance and support
- Supporting the delivery of innovation between RACV, RACV’s core suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Providing commercial and considered procurement advisory and consultation to the procurement team and internal stakeholders.
- Acting as a lead for any commercial disputes

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce or Supply Chain
- 8+ years in Procurement across a range of industries and categories
- Demonstrated and strategic skills and experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supply & Supplier risk management
- In depth knowledge of current procurement industry trends and strategies for business success
- Strong contract and commercial negotiation experience
- Strong influencing & negotiation skills
- Collaborative approach to connecting and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Solid knowledge and experience in procurement risk management.
- Proven skills and experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships with external parties.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to see opportunity and present it in an actionable and transparent manner
- Strong negotiation skills demonstrated by a strong history of driving great commercial outcomes for business.
- Strong analytical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to manage work amid competing priorities and diverse personalities across multiple business areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent self-leadership skills
- Factual, data-driven decision making
- Strongly articulate communicator / presenter
