As the first operational phase of CXO, Grants Operations plays a pivotal role in Core Lithium’s achievements. CXO is driven to achieve rapid and safe production to generate crucial cash flow.

As a Mining Superintendent, you will be an integral part of our Integrated Performance Leadership Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality survey services through mentoring, coaching, and developing your team.

**What You'll Do**:
As the Mining Superintendent, you will provide forward-thinking leadership, effective management, and strategic planning for our end-to-end mining functions.

Your responsibilities include optimising operational outcomes, developing logical mine plans that align with CXO’s "Pit to Port" strategy, and closely monitoring the Mining Annual Plan.

You will excel as the primary site liaison, managing communication and performance with valued contract partners to exceed key performance indicators. Ensuring compliance with legislative and internal policies, establishing efficient processes, and maximising mining outcomes through advanced technology will be pivotal to your success. Safety is the top priority, and you will foster a safety-first approach within your team and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Formal qualifications in Mine Engineering or a related discipline

- Significant experience in both surface and underground mining operations, showcasing a history of delivering quality and value-added mining outcomes
