**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are now looking to engage a **Construction Superintendent**. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for the management of construction and delivery of wireless projects within the region. This includes Supervision of Construction Partners, scheduling site works, and acting as the public interface for the wireless project. You will ensure that targets for productivity are met in accordance with health, safety and quality requirements.

This role is based at the Milton QLD office but alternatively can be based at Canning Vale WA or Adelaide SA. The role requires frequent travel within and to other states, the ability to travel is a mandatory requirement of the role.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering and construction, Project Management or Business Management preferred
- Significant experience in telecommunications facilities construction with a strong civil construction background
- Must have experience with local telecommunications carriers
- Proven subcontractor management experience
- Proven Quality Assurance experience within the telecommunications industry
- Demonstrated understanding of design, construction and integration of wireless networks
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian standards related to construction of telecommunications facilities and telecommunications cabling standards and regulations (RF, hybrid, fibre, copper)
- Excellent knowledge of existing Australian carrier’s deployment standards
- Project Management tools and systems understanding
- Knowledge of construction in rail corridors, mining and defence environments desirable
