Agile Delivery Manager, Platform Scale up with Leading NSW State Government Organisation

An exciting Agile Delivery Manager opportunity working with a leading NSW State government organisation on a Greenfield Platform Scale up, Up to $1100 + Super per day, initially a 6-month contract with possibility of extension due to the scope of work.

**Your new company**
**This leading NSW state government organisation is currently seeking a Agile Delivery Manager to join their organisation. You will be joining a driven and established team, who are looking to expand at an exciting point of rapid growth in the program. This role would enable you to work from both the office and from home with the expectation that you would be on site 1-2 days a week, you will be based in Sydney CBD and are required to be double vaccinated.

**Your new role**
**As Delivery Manager you will be responsible for implementing Agile, Scrum and Kanban Methodologies and practices throughout the project. You will be working on a Greenfield platform which has been developed in house, the organisation is now working on scaling this platform, working with other government agencies across NSW and Australia. You will have experience working on Greenfield projects in fast paced environments delivering value to the customer, the onboarding of this tool needs to be intuitive, user experience is key and Human Centred Design experience is necessary. A large component of this role will be communication, creating culture and fostering a safe environment to share opinions amongst the team. This is a critical piece of work for the organisation which will be of impactful benefit to the residents of NSW.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience managing the delivery of greenfield projects in a fast paced environment is essential
- Human centred design and customer facing digital project experience
- Extensive experience implementing Agile, Scrum and Kanban practices and methodologies in a leadership role
- Excellent communication with the ability to foster team culture.
