The Team:
We are looking to massively scale our Product squads, so it’s a great time to come on board and help build out our Agile practice. The Agile Delivery Lead is an important role that will be working to grow and mature our agile ways of working and help the Faethm to be agile.

The Role:
As an experienced Agile Delivery Lead at Faethm, you will support the squads to deliver customer and business value each sprint. Coach and mentor our tribes and squads on Faethm’s ways of working and adopt a continuous improvement mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the squads to deliver customer and business value each sprint.
- Build a great squad and tribe culture that values diversity, inclusion, honesty and trust.
- Drive adoption of Agile processes and mindset to help teams and the business mature in the agile framework by identifying capability or process gaps, providing coaching as needed.
- Contribute to the Agile Delivery practice by actively participating in sharing sessions and supporting other Agile Delivery leads to be successful.
- Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies.
- Help your squads formulate high-quality OKRs, then track and reach them
- Risk and issue management at squad/tribe level

Knowledge and experience:

- 3+ years experience in agile delivery working on digital products end-to-end
- Familiarity and exposure to multiple agile frameworks with an ability to assess and adapt an approach to progress forward.
- Scrum Master, Iteration Manager, Delivery Manager, Agile Coach certification and experience
- Expertise with the use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Miro
- Familiar with project management principles, techniques and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels

It Is Great, But Not Required If You Have
- Experience in building new squads
- Experience crafting and measuring success with OKRs
