Accounts Payable Administrator

**Full-Time Role**

**Location**: Randwcik, New South Wales, with flexible work-from-home options.

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for a dynamic role in a small, supportive team environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process approximately 250 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle the full accounts payable cycle, including verifying, coding, and matching invoices, obtaining approvals, and preparing payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely processing to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and implement accounts payable procedures.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any queries or issues.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Mandatory**: Demonstrated experience and expertise in MYOB or equivalent accounting software.
- **Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- **Advantageous**: Experience in the aged care or disability sector.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,120.29 per year
