**Your Impact**
We have an exciting opportunity for a rare and highly desirable Brand Manager role supporting our leading brand Schweppes - the No. 1 Lemonade & Mixer with over 230 years of heritage, as well as fast growing brands like Great Northern Zero and Carlton Zero in the Zero Alc Beer space.
You will be an integral part of the Marketing team working closely with various stakeholders across the business for developing our activities to help unlock brand, category, and innovation growth in line with strategic objectives. The role will support our incredibly successful Schweppes Masterbrand as well as the Mixers, Mineral Water and Zero Alc Beer categories.
With exciting NPD plans on the horizon, partnership opportunities and ATL campaigns in the pipeline, this role would suit a passionate and experienced Brand Manager who enjoys juggling a variety of projects and initiatives.
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and execute brand plans, including supporting ATL campaigns, from existing Brand & Category Plans
- Manage, track and report on brand performance monthly and as required
- Execute on pack/price architecture and RGM pricing plans
- Work closely with Sales & Category teams to ensure Brand and Customer plans have alignment and are meeting consumer and customer needs, and support on execution-focused meetings
- Deliver upon innovation plans and pipeline (Stage and Gate, NPD)
- Execute brand marketing plans, optimise campaign spend, evaluate effectiveness of initiatives
- Input to strategic planning and decision making, including IBP process (Stage & Gate, Sales/Marketing Activation Planning, Commercial Reviews)
- Leverage customer, consumer and market insights and strong engagement to develop brand growth and optimisation plans
- Execute new product development for existing categories
- Deliver upon new product pipeline with strong project management
- Execute brand and marketing plans (including managing below the line marketing spend, managing agencies to deliver on plans and conducting ROI analysis)
**About You**
Most importantly you have a passion for our brands You are someone who enjoys rolling your sleeves up and getting down to work. With previous experience working in the Marketing space.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing/business
- Solid experience within the FMCG environment in marketing, sales, category and/or strategic planning
- Well-developed communication skills
- Strong Project Management capability
- Understanding of technical marketing and best practice growth philosophies
- Creative problem solving
- Analytical capability
- Exceptional Commercial and Financial Acumen
