It's all about... the role:
Harnessing energy efficiency to light up lives sustainably as the Digital Marketing Manager you will step into a pivotal role that powers the company's marketing endeavors. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Director, you'll champion the creation and implementation of holistic digital, social, and web-driven marketing initiatives for this sustainable energy-centric company. Your pivotal role involves orchestrating the entire spectrum of digital campaigns, meticulously planning their execution, and fine-tuning them for optimisation, all while prioritising lead generation and amplifying the eco-conscious brand presence. This role necessitates not only a proficient grasp of digital marketing tools but also an inventive approach to conceptualise and deploy pioneering campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, spanning both B2C and B2B realms. Whether it's expertly managing EDMs or deciphering campaign analytics for strategic decision-making, your contributions will be instrumental in steering the marketing strategies, fueling the continuous growth and triumph of the sustainable energy enterprise.

It's all about... you:
Shining bright with an interest in green energy efficient innovation will see you succeed in this role. You will bring a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing or Communications. Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console, and social media software, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, will be key to thriving in this role. Your communication prowess and leadership qualities set you apart, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and align marketing strategies with the overarching mission and goals of the company.
