We’re looking for an organised, multitasking superstar who can manage the office and digital marketing in our busy multi trade business. We’re based on the Northern beaches and dealing in residential and small commercial jobs

Our customer service goal is to provide an amazing experience from start to finish and then keep those customers coming back to us again and again using social media and traditional but fresh marketing ideas

**General office duties**
- General business management
- Software management
- Follow business systems and create new ones
- Staff management
- Attending to customer enquiries
- Booking new jobs and quotes
- Small work quoting
- Customer follow up calls
- General business administration

**Digital Marketing**
- Social media posts
- Paid Social media advertising
- Paid Google adds
- Website management
- SMS Marketing
- Traditional print advertising

**You'll need the following**
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines with several parties in condensed timeframes
- Can work autonomously with excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent computer skills
- A strong work ethic and enjoys working in a team environment

This role requires a high level of customer contact and exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
