We are seeking an experienced customer service superstar to join our friendly Allocations Team.

**Your Responsibilities**
With hours of operation between 5:00am-11:00pm, 365 days a year, you will be required to work a rolling roster; inclusive of weekdays, weekends and pubic holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking and directing inbound calls
- Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
- Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system

**About you**
You will be a self starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn. In return we will provide full training and a great working environment.

You will possess the following:

- A strong work ethic and professional phone manner
- Be a team player with a high level of availability and flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts as required
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, nurses and clients
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Reception/Sales and/or Call Centre experience is desirable however not essential
