**The Position**

With key responsibility for employee training & support, wage assessment & funding, administration, and service development, you will
- Ensure that procedures and practices are developed, implemented, and supported in the delivery of effective services to supported employees and external customers.
- Provide training and supervision to supported employees who work across Industry.
- Positively promote the organisation, both internally and externally.
- Live the values of the organisation.
- Play a key role in helping projects to roll out on time and within budget.
- Make well informed, properly considered, and timely decisions & recommendations.

**Why do we want you?**

First and foremost, you’re a people person and team player with a passion for doing better, and an ambition to make a real difference. You will have.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent qualification which has demonstrated competencies in assessment and training or personnel support.
- Certificate IV in Disability.
- Non-qualified personnel may be considered where demonstrated experience would indicate current competency for the role.
- Demonstrated experience in a training, supervisory or support role.
- Demonstrated organisational and communication skills.
- Strong inter-personnel and leadership skills.
- Experience in or exposure to the disability industry would be an advantage.
