Nadrasca has an outstanding opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to lead an expanded team of Training & Support Coordinators on an exciting change journey. This full-time role with an attractive salary package is based in a great Eastern Suburbs location.

**What we want from you?**

Nadrasca is expanding our team of Training & Support Coordinators and we are looking for the team’s first dedicated leader. This is a pivotal role to take the team on the change journey and to make a measurable difference in the lives of people with disability seeking meaningful work.

First and foremost, you’re a people person with a passion for doing better, and an ambition to make a real difference. You will also have
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Management, Training, Co-design, Outcomes Measurement or Evaluation or other relevant discipline.
- Experience in the disability sector and knowledge of employment support models and NDIS pricing arrangements.
- Understanding of, and experience in, co-design processes, service evaluation and social outcomes and impact measurement.
- A minimum of 2 year’s leadership and management experience
- A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
- A current Full Victorian Driver’s Licence
