Our Problem and Incident Management Team are seeking a motivated individual to support their clients.

The primary focus of High Priority Incident Management will be prioritization, coordination and documentation of Critical incidents (P1 & P2) and act as a single point of contact for all EST teams.

**Key responsibilities**
- Initiate critical incident management process when a high impact incident has been reported.
- Lead, respond, facilitate service restoration processes for all critical (P1&P2) incidents across multiple business and technology areas.
- Monitor and co-ordinate with resolver groups, vendors, and service owners to ensure all incidents are solved within established SLA timelines.
- Notify and communicate with stakeholders regarding the incident progress in line with expected timeframes.
- Create professional timely reports for stakeholders and senior leaders across the organisation.
- Establishes goals and plans to achieve targeted results.
- Track contingencies and monitor plans until service restoration is achieved.

**The skills you will bring**
- 1 + years’ experience working with IT service principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools (ServiceNow) and best practice methods.
- Bachelor’s Degree or applicable certifications.
- ITIL v3 Foundations or higher - required.
- Ability to work or have previously worked on a rotational 24x7 on call roster.
- Strong leadership skills to drive internal stakeholders, with the ability to work largely unsupervised and see tasks through to completion without regular follow-up.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent decision making / problem solving skills.
- Team Player.
- Logical and methodical hands-on approach.
