About the opportunity- Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in aged care settings.- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.- Manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care, ensuring cost-effective care delivery without compromising quality.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check- Valid work rights in Australia
