Due to organisational growth, we have a newly created role available for a Livestock & Farm Assurance Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This is a very exciting time for the business as we continue to focus on building and strengthening relationships with our BE Campbell producer base through communication and value-added interactions.
Your primary responsibility as the Livestock & Farm Assurance Manager, will be to advocate for the benefits of aligning with BE Campbell, as well as to educate and support producers in the adoption of the BEC Sustainable Agricultural Framework.
The role will see you gain a thorough understanding of industry pig production standards through close collaboration with producers, ensuring that we meet market expectations. You will also identify opportunities for further value add and develop an understanding of different buying strategies with the view to procure new growers.

- motivated individual with a can-do attitude. You will have excellent communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation abilities. Your experience within the agricultural sector coupled with your ability to engage and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, will see you thrive in this role
To be successful in the role you will bring:

- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience with in agricultural sector (preferably with pigs)
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and planning skills
- Sound organisation skills
- An Educational approach to building capability in others
- Ability to identify and drive opportunities
