**We are currently seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the Quality Assurance team to achieve team objectives and maintain the highest level of quality assurance standards.

**What are we looking for?**
- A passion for people leadership, combined with demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
- An understanding of the QA department and how QA interacts with other departments and stakeholders to achieve objectives
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- An analytical thinker and problem solver with the ability to identify opportunity for continuous improvement
- Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of GFS products and procedures
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft office suite in particular Excel

**Desirable**
- Experience in a Quality Assurance environment
- Well-developed understanding of risk in regards to GFS products and procedures
