**The Opportunity**
As part of our succession planning, we’re excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to step into a key leadership role within our Technical Team.

This is a hands on, high impact role where you’ll lead a passionate QA team, champion food safety, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the General Manager - Technical Compliance, you'll shape the systems, people, and processes that uphold our industry leading quality standards.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading and embedding a strong Food Safety Culture across the business
- Managing and developing a high-performing QA team
- Driving training and capability development using our Capability Framework
- Maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Leading external and third-party audits
- Using data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive lean improvements

**About You**
You’re a quality focused leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You understand the balance between compliance and culture, and you bring the right blend of technical expertise and emotional intelligence to influence and lead.

What You’ll Bring:

- 5+ years’ experience in a Quality/Technical Manager role within manufacturing, preferably meat processing or FMCG
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related field
- Experience building strong QA teams and driving a positive food safety culture
- A deep understanding of GFSI standards, import/export requirements, and retail compliance expectations
- Proven track record leading successful audits
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
