Osawa enterprises is recruiting A Chinese speaking Customer service. We are the leading Wagyu beef supplier in Sydney. we are so busy with E-commerce. We have massive customer list(predominantly Chinese customers) and Wechat platform.

1)Experienced Chinese speaking customer service.

2)Who fully understand front and back end marketing strategy.

3)Focus on teamwork. willingly cope with other people.

4)Self-motivated and driven. Target oriented.

5)Who understands Quickbook, MYOB and CRM.

6)Reuqired to speak professional level of English, need to deal with marketing team as well as outsourced customer service.

7)THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB POSITION. NEED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE BETWEEN MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

8)There are some other jobs involved like HACCP and quality control.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
