About the Role

We're looking for a Mandarin/ Chinese speaker Casual Cleaner to join our team at Glow Healthcare as a Cleaner, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Cleaning clients' properties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
  • Duties like Laundry and changing sheets of mattresses might be involved.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients
  • Providing domestic assistance.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Prefer Female staff.
