We require an experienced Pallet Asset Manager to join our leadership team at our Forrestfield depot. This is a Permanent Fulltime opportunity where you will be responsible for providing management of all functions of pallet control in a fast-paced transactional environment, including regular reporting to senior management on key metrics (pallet movements, customer account reconciliation, weekly & monthly stocktakes levels, shortfall management). In addition, you will review pallet control procedures and implement best practices to ensure loss prevention and cost mitigation strategies wherever possible.

**What we're looking for**
- 4 years’ minimum experience working in a pallet control / inventory experience role
- Team management experience in a similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite skills and the ability to fully utilise various systems, including 2IC, WMS and TMS software, CHEP Portfolio Plus & Loscam Online.
- Able to work reasonable over-time to complete required activities.
- Experience in the FMCG Industry will be highly regarded.
