**Marketing & Design Coordinator**:

- Immediate Start - Creative Support Across Design, Content & Campaigns_

**Role Summary**
We’re looking for a proactive and capable Marketing & Design Coordinator who’s confident using **Figma** and can support the execution of marketing campaigns, design tasks, and content production. This is a hands-on role for someone with a sharp eye for design, solid technical skills, and the flexibility to help where it’s needed most.

You’ll work alongside the Brand Manager and wider team to keep creative projects moving across digital and print channels — from refining landing pages and EDMs to mocking up social tiles and coordinating content assets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and update visual designs in **Figma** (landing pages, campaign assets, internal comms)
- Build and schedule EDMs using **ActiveCampaign**:

- Design graphics using **Canva** or **Adobe Creative Suite** (socials, decks, print assets)
- Support content rollouts and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Maintain and organise brand templates, files, and campaign documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep workflows on track

**What We're Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, design, or creative production (internships welcome)
- Strong working knowledge of **Figma**:

- Confidence in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Comfortable using **ActiveCampaign** (or willing to learn quickly)
- Good writing skills, can draft or tidy up short-form copy when needed
- Great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and strong time management skills
- Comfortable working across a range of tasks with shifting priorities

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Experience with content schedulers (like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
- Familiarity with web/CMS updates (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
