About the Role

Are you ready to kick-start your fashion career? We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Portmans Womenswear team Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores within the knitwear category.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders
- Assisting range development
- Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration
- Assist with Critical Path management
- Range Plan and Purchase Order maintenance
- Liaising with Product Manager to manage samples
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules
- Managing samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handover
- Support Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysis
- Providing a key link between department and supplier

Skills & Experience
- Degree/passion for Fashion Merchandising/interest in Buying
- Experience within an administration role is advantageous
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Confident working with Microsoft Office, including excel
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build great relationships with the external and internal stakeholders
- Thrive in a fast paced and exciting environment
