Job Description

- Coordinate procurement and material management activities to ensure material availability.

- Maintain and update supply chain records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Monitor inventory and raw material levels and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

- Prepare reports and provide insights on supply chain performance metrics.

- Ensure a high level of material master data accuracy in the ERP system

- Work closely with internal design and production teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities accordingly.

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Coordinator should have:

- A background in procurement, industrial engineering or supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

- Demonstrated exposure to inventory and materials management in ERP software systems

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
