**Payroll Manager - Full Time**

We are currently looking for **Payroll Manger **to join the Sedgwick Finance Department, overseeing the payroll team. This role can be based in **Parramatta**

**Primary Purpose of the role**
- Full end to end management of the payroll processes
- Oversee and develop effective payroll practices, systems and procedures
- Ensure systems are in place and team members trained to accurately and efficiently manage complex payroll processes.
- Develop and provide payroll reports to assist in informing the strategic management of the organisation
- Ensure monthly superannuation payments, salary packaging payments and relevant month end processes are completed
- Assisting Human Resources in implementing regular salary reviews and award increases.
- Management of all EOFY payroll related processes
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and processes are in place to ensure payroll information is collated in a timely manner and processed by the payroll department each fortnightly and monthly as applicable
- Partner with key stakeholders on all time and attendance/rostering projects ensuring successful rollout of any new systems and practices.
- Routine maintenance and auditing of payroll data;
- Provide advice and support on payroll specific legislation to employees and management
- Participate in HR projects including but not limited to system upgrades, reviews and audits.
